This vacancy, in a multi-office legal company with an excellent working culture and reputation, is for a qualified and experienced solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive, who has experience of a varied family law caseload and has 5 yrs + PQE. You would join a family law team with excellent quality, privately funded work. You would advise on divorce and separation, financial remedy and children work, as well as on cohabitation and pre and post nuptial agreements. You will regularly be involved with high-net-worth family finance cases which can involve significant business assets, complex property structures, international elements and more specialist areas of matrimonial finance work.
