Team members are required to follow the site-specific/brand-specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences. This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc - a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for highly skilled, self-motivated individuals to assist in our growing retail operation.

The C-Store Manager will manage, direct, and supervise the daily operations of the assigned location while providing pleasant and courteous service to customers according to company goals, policies, and procedures. This position requires a high degree of initiative and attention to detail, advanced problem-solving, supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to project the desired company image of courteous and friendly service to customers.

Team members in this job class will follow and enforce job descriptions of CSR, Lead CSR, and Shift Leader/Keyholder. Duties and responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, foodservice, operations, employee staffing, development, employee relations, and store profitability. They will create a positive store culture by treating employees fairly and with respect.

Must have a high school education or equivalent, previous people management experience, must be self-motivated, dependable, and have the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining total customer focus.

Education: High School or equivalent.

Experience & Skills: Previous management experience is preferred. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction. In addition, you must have good communication skills and good personal grooming habits.

All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period.

Requirements Physical Requirements: Physical requirements include standing up to 10 hours during a shift and being able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climb a ladder as required on occasion. Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
