We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our team and take the reins whilst Jo, our Head of Production, is on maternity leave. You will be a seasoned Producer with experience of working on branded content productions, comfortable at building relationships with clients and collaborating with our team and partners. You will work across all our projects ensuring they are planned to perfection and not a single stone has been left unturned.

As a tight-knit team, you will work closely with everyone, including our EPs, in-house creatives, crew, directors and editors. You will also attend shoots, particularly larger productions involving models and third parties, in a producing and 2nd/3rd AD capacity as required. You will be based at our studio in Brislington. We have a flexible working policy, including WFH, WFA and flexi hours, but we ask everyone to come in at least 3 days a week plus ad-hoc support for our studio clients to maintain the tight-knit creative and collaborative environment we all relish.

It goes without saying that you will be incredibly organised, considering every eventuality. You will also work closely with our creatives in scouting locations, casting actors, sourcing voiceover artists and negotiating with locations. As such, you should be both a confident negotiator and clear communicator.

Working directly with both brands and our agency partners, you will be confident talking to CMOs and CDs alike, ensuring timelines are adhered to and expectations made clear, whilst building rapport and remaining a brand ambassador. You will handle your responsibilities with care and attention.

The role's anticipated start date is 2nd March 2026, allowing for a four-week handover. We anticipate the contract duration will be 10-14 months, with the possibility of the role becoming full-time thereafter.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend shoots, particularly larger productions involving models and third parties, in a producing and 2nd/3rd AD capacity as required.
  • Plan and manage projects to ensure no detail is overlooked; collaborate with EPs, in-house creatives, crew, directors and editors.
  • Work with brands and agency partners, talking to CMOs and CDs, ensuring timelines are adhered to and expectations are clear while building rapport and remaining a brand ambassador.
  • Scout locations, cast actors, source voiceover artists and negotiate with locations; maintain strong communication with clients and team.
  • Coordinate with the studio team to support a tight-knit creative environment and flexible working policy.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for studio clients as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience on branded content productions and strong client relationship skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan thoroughly and anticipate needs.
  • Confident negotiator and clear communicator.
  • Experience attending shoots and coordinating large productions involving models and third parties.
  • Ability to work across brands and agency partners and interact with senior stakeholders (CMOs, CDs).
Location & Working Policy:

Based at our studio in Brislington with a flexible policy including WFH, WFA, and flexi hours. In-person presence required at least 3 days a week plus ad-hoc studio support.

Contract & Start Date:

Role anticipated to start 2nd March 2026, with a four-week handover. Contract duration expected to be 10-14 months, with possible transition to full-time thereafter.

Benefits:
  • 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Fully paid time off over Christmas in addition to annual leave
  • Flexible working policy including flexible hours, WFH and WFA
  • All the usual fruit, coffee and agency nonsense
