We're looking for a Global Account Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and procurement excellence across our most complex, multi-country Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) accounts.
You'll lead a team of c.20 FTE, setting the sourcing strategy and owning delivery of measurable value for our clients.
You'll represent JLL with gravitas at senior stakeholder and governance forums, and you'll make sure every sourcing decision meets the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

What You'll DoLead and develop a global sourcing team of c.20 FTE, setting clear priorities, building capability, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative cultureOwn the end-to-end sourcing and procurement lifecycle across all IFM service lines and geographies, from strategy and competitive tendering to contract negotiation and savings deliveryRepresent JLL at client meetings and executive governance forums, shaping procurement strategy and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholdersNegotiate complex, high-value contracts and lead delivery of savings targets, tracking and reporting performance through procurement platforms (Jaggaer) to demonstrate measurable valueOversee RFP management, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations, ensuring compliance with risk management protocols, regulatory requirements, and client governance standards across multiple jurisdictionsPartner with Account Directors, Regional and Site Facilities Managers, Category Management, and Operations Teams to scope services, align resources, and develop robust supplier frameworksMonitor supplier performance against KPIs and contractual obligations, and deliver clear monthly and quarterly reporting on sourcing activity, savings, supplier performance, and contract managementChampion sustainability and diversity & inclusion on your accounts, working with JLL's Sustainability lead to embed responsible procurement practicesWhat We're Looking ForSignificant global sourcing and procurement experience within Integrated Facilities Management or similarly complex, multi-country service environmentsProven track record of leading and developing large teams (c.20 FTE), with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive accountability across regions and culturesStrong commercial acumen, with demonstrated success in complex contract negotiation, savings delivery, and stakeholder management at senior and executive levelsThe gravitas and credibility to influence C-suite and client leadership, and to challenge constructively and build trust in high-stakes discussionsDeep knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance frameworks, risk management, and supplier qualification, including navigating regulatory requirements across multiple marketsProficiency with procurement platforms (Jaggaer/Bravo preferred) and the ability to use technology for process optimization and reportingA strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, comfortable moving between high-level planning and detailed delivery in complex, matrixed environmentsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and compelling business cases, and a commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovationWhat You Can Expect From UsCompetitive base salaryPrivate Medical InsuranceFlexible work arrangements, including a hybrid working optionEnhanced pension schemeElectric Car SchemeThe chance to join a company ranked #13 in the Financial Times' UK Best Employers indexGreat opportunities for long-term career progressionLocation: On-site –London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
