Our Sr. People Experience Partner (PXP) will strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy & elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating & enhancing moments that matter. The PXP will activate HR products & services that enrich the lives of JLL employees whilst working with Business & HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle. PXPs will use their Business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to enable Business & HR priorities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide strategic HR support to our Capital Markets leadership (Commercial & Resi B2C) and teams primarily based in the UK.
  • Activate and facilitate JLL\'s global, regional or local policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across a team member\'s experience to include Hiring; Onboarding; Performance Review; Performance Management; Promotion; Etc.
  • Lead and coordinate the talent Management cyclical activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning.
  • Partner with People Partners to understand and advocate HR requirements to contribute to the development and evolution of the people experience culture.
  • Use Business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to proactively anticipate opportunities or issues & develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.
  • Drive a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes a sense of belonging & value where every voice is heard.
  • Partner with HR Product colleagues to create and deliver best in class HR resources, processes and overall experiences.
  • Lead ad hoc projects impacting business results and experience moments.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations team to manage complex employee relations situations.
  • Consult, advise and coach business stakeholders.
  • Support transition, expansion and stabilization of new business with particular focus on the employee experience.
  • Identify and recommend efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and hand offs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholders.

Business Expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree with a major/minor or emphasis in HR or other relevant field is required.
  • Considerable amount of experience in HR & HR Business Partnering.
  • SHRM certifications (PHR or SPHR), preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity – Can navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expert in using data and/or analytics to arrive outcomes (story telling).
  • Experience supporting both senior level executives and a dispersed hourly population is desired.
  • Energy and passion about human resources and advancing talent.
  • Evidence of business acumen with proven results in influencing and advising managers and leaders at all levels whom are both virtual and local.
  • Knowledge about where the best talent is, and how to attract them, while understanding the existing talent.
  • Ability to rigorously assess talent with a combination of objectivity and a hint of intuition.
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed, ever-changing environment.
