About Us: At JLL, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional building services and creating efficient, well-maintained spaces across London’s top commercial portfolios. We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Engineer to join our team, ensuring that the physical structures, fixtures, and fabric of our sites are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest industry standards.

The Role: In this hands-on, dynamic role, you will be responsible for executing both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across diverse client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues including roofing, door hardware, locks, and window repairs.
  • Execute carpentry, painting, plastering, floor/ceiling tiling, and minor plumbing tasks.
  • Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations and contractual SLAs.
  • Accurately track and report work using mobile devices and CAFM systems.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in commercial or industrial building fabric maintenance.
  • A recognized trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) in electrical, gas, carpentry, painting, or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Strong multi-trade background (e.g., electrical, plumbing, gas).
  • Excellent communication skills and basic PC/tablet literacy.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (for mobile roles).
