You will be responsible for conducting property inspections and producing accurate valuations across a diverse portfolio of residential properties for loan security, asset management, and advisory purposes.

Undertake site inspections and prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.

Manage a varied caseload of residential properties including houses, flats, new build developments, and portfolio valuations.

Provide market analysis and commentary on local property trends, comparable evidence, and risk factors.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality assurance processes (Senior Surveyor level).

Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and agreed turnaround times.

Excellent report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within your designated patch.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Proficient in Argus Developer or other appraisal software.
