We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Engineer to join our team, ensuring that the physical structures, fixtures, and fabric of our sites are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest industry standards.
Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve issues including roofing, door hardware, locks, and window repairs.
Execute carpentry, painting, plastering, floor/ceiling tiling, and minor plumbing tasks.
What You’ll
Need: Proven experience in commercial or industrial building fabric maintenance.
A recognized trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) in electrical, gas, carpentry, painting, or a related field is highly advantageous.
Strong multi-trade background (e. g., electrical, plumbing, gas).
Full UK Driving Licence (for mobile roles).
