Join JLL's Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team as an EMEA Account Sourcing Manager, where you'll lead strategic sourcing activities for a key client account across our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service lines. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive measurable savings, shape supplier strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to both client stakeholders and internal leadership across the EMEA region. You'll have the autonomy to design and execute sourcing strategies, the visibility to influence senior decision-makers, and the platform to make a real difference to how our client procures critical services. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoy turning commercial complexity into clear outcomes, this role is for you.What You'll DoLead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement activities across all IFM service lines for a designated client account, owning delivery from planning through execution.Represent JLL S&P in client meetings, governance forums, and Quarterly Business Reviews — presenting performance, savings analytics, project plans, and supplier insights.Drive negotiations and own savings delivery against account targets, with accurate tracking and reporting through the Jaggaer procurement platform.Manage the full RFP lifecycle, including bid analysis, recommendations, contract approvals, risk management, and compliance — partnering closely with client governance teams.Collaborate with Account Directors, Regional and Site Facilities Managers, and Operations teams to scope and prioritise the services to be procured.Build and develop the supply chain to meet evolving client needs, strengthening supplier capabilities and identifying opportunities for partnership growth and B2B collaboration.Manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers, reviewing performance against agreed KPIs and collaborating with the Category Management Team.Ensure suppliers are qualified and onboarded in line with JLL's compliance, risk management, and contracting standards, maintaining accurate supplier records throughout.Embed sustainability and D&I priorities into the account's sourcing strategy, working alongside JLL's S&P Sustainability lead.Provide transition support for new business, including supplier onboarding, site visits, audits, and ensuring policies and procedures remain current and locally relevant.Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on KPIs, supplier performance, savings, and contract management, and lead Voice of the Client / Stakeholder activities with clear follow-up actions.What We're Looking ForDeep understanding of IFM services and the broader EMEA supplier landscape, particularly for services contracts.Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the analytical rigour to translate data into clear recommendations.Proven ability to lead negotiations and develop strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers across EMEA.Confident communicator who can engage credibly with senior client stakeholders, internal leaders, and supplier executives.Strategic mindset paired with strong project management skills — comfortable balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources.Risk-aware and compliance-focused, with a track record of embedding governance and best practice into sourcing activity.Collaborative leader who brings out the best in cross-functional teams and supports the development of others.Fluent in English; an additional Western European language is a plus.
