Overview
In this role you will lead the Residential Technologies product portfolio and team, shaping strategy and delivery across CRM platforms, market websites, and portal integrations. You’ll align multiple markets to a unified roadmap, drive AI-enabled improvements, and partner with senior leadership to balance priorities. By guiding cross-functional squads across time zones, you’ll influence how residential technology supports business goals and customer experience. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch with engineering, design, marketing and sales
- Gather market, competitor and user insights to inform portfolio development
- Shape product strategy aligned with residential business goals and resolve strategic issues with senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to strengthen the portfolio
- Lead a team of product managers and specialists across CRMs and websites in all residential markets
- Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and ensure on-time delivery and quality
- Foster use of AI tooling to accelerate delivery
- Plan staffing and resources across Residential Technology
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate priorities and escalate risks
- Hold engineering teams to commitments and define/track KPIs for leadership review
- Monitor budget and flag variances; manage operational governance
- Engage users, marketing and delivery partners to feed roadmap and align competing priorities
Key requirements
- 7+ years in technology product roles serving the residential sector
- Direct product management ownership of backlog and delivery with an engineering team
- Substantive knowledge of CRM platforms, including Salesforce
- Operational knowledge of engineering, marketing and data domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present technical info to non-technical audiences
- Strategic thinking with attention to delivery details
- Organised and reliable across parallel workstreams in multiple markets
- Strong judgement balancing user needs, business priorities and technical constraints
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
