Overview
In this role you drive integrated facilities management excellence across 38+ countries, leading a cross-functional platform and program delivery that aligns with client expectations and sustainability goals. You’ll orchestrate collaboration across the One JLL approach, establish a center of excellence, and implement robust reporting and innovative operational solutions. You’ll influence strategy, governance, and governance across platforms, programs, and sustainability initiatives to deliver measurable client impact. This is a high-impact leadership role within a global services leader.

Responsibilities
- Define the vision and strategy roadmap for IFM platform development with executive leadership
- Lead and develop the IFM Platform team to ensure cohesive service delivery
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and optimize data flow across the platform
- Coordinate the innovation pipeline and sustainability-focused improvements
- Establish a peer review workflow to boost collaboration and quality
- Promote cross-account best practices and sustainability adoption
- Oversee integration of new functions to enhance IFM quality
- Provide leadership development for direct reports (EHS Lead, Sustainability Lead, Workplace Experience Lead, BI Manager)
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Sustainability, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities/operations/integrated program management
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a matrix organization
- Experience managing large-scale, geographically distributed operations in EMEA
- Proven track record in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives
- Strong understanding of IFM principles and sustainability frameworks
- Data analytics and reporting capability; ESG and environmental metrics experience
- Travel willingness across EMEA (30–40%); fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
