Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians across multiple commercial sites in London
- Tackle complex fault diagnosis, repairs and installations on lighting, power, distribution and control systems
- Conduct inspection and testing (EICR) and certify workmanship to BS 7671 (18th Edition)
- Maintain high safety standards with POWRAs, permits, and a strong stop-work culture
- Mentor junior engineers and lead regular safety briefings and training
- Own compliance management via Share Point, conduct team audits and investigations
- Cover the OOH call-out rota and coordinate rapid emergency resolutions
- Liaise with clients, PFI/PAM and national account colleagues to coordinate maintenance activity
