The JLL Industrial and Logistics Tenant Rep team is seeking a driven and experienced RICS-accredited individual to join our dynamic, close-knit team. This is a significant opportunity for a qualified real estate professional to advance their career within a market-leading team and contribute directly to its continued growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client transactions, supporting the team's Directors, and mentoring junior surveyors. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual eager to take on greater responsibility and help shape the future success of our I&L occupier business.

What this job involves

  • You'll be integral to delivering exceptional results for our clients across a growing array of sectors. Your role will focus on managing transactions, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead market research and analysis to identify and secure suitable properties for clients
  • Manage complex lease negotiations and transaction management processes from inception to completion
  • Develop and prepare high-impact property marketing materials, client presentations, and proposals
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • Drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and take a leading role in proposal writing and pitches
  • Provide direct support to team Directors and act as a mentor for junior team members
  • Analyse market trends to provide strategic advice and prepare insightful reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the maintenance and integrity of property databases and client information systems
  • Manage coordination with other internal teams, such as project management and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
  • RICS qualification is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a relevant industry
  • Proven track record of successful transaction management and client-facing experience
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
