Overview
In this role you will support the EMEA Hotels & Hospitality Capital Markets team by contributing to transaction processes and market analysis.
You will build financial models to compare strategic options under different capital structures and prepare client-ready materials.
You will engage in client relationship activities and collaborate across the EMEA region to drive pan-EMEA portfolio transactions.
This opportunity lets you shape investment advice for hotels and hospitality clients within a global, advisory-focused firm.
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your analyses help unlock value for clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all parts of transaction processes
- Develop financial models to evaluate strategic options under varying capital structures
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials for client pitches and memoranda
- Take an active role in Client Relationship Management activities
- Collaborate with the wider EMEA team to deliver pan-EMEA portfolio transactions alongside UK transactions
- Key requirements
- Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and research skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills for client/stakeholder management
- Collegial and team oriented
- Calm and focused under pressure and tight timelines
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Interest in real estate fundamentals (not required) with strong enthusiasm for the area
- Minimum 6 months Hotels and leisure sector experience with strong interest in these areas
- Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook required
- Desirable: International working experience, Salesforce, data analytics, and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
