Overview
As part of JLL’s Royal London Property Delivery team, you support health, safety and operational services across managed assets. You enable Asset Experience Managers to deliver standout occupier service while maintaining safety compliance and efficient operations. You’ll contribute to sustainability and risk management efforts, helping to keep the portfolio compliant and well-run. This role offers exposure to cross-functional prop‑tech processes in a client‑facing real estate environment.
Responsibilities
- Support understanding and application of H&S legislation affecting property management
- Assist with implementing compliance measures across properties
- Manage risk actions and maintain risk registers for Asset Experience Managers
- Coordinate statutory compliance activities and inspections
- Maintain Asset Sustainability Plans with Asset Experience Managers
- Coordinate risk assessments with preferred suppliers
- Process and track accidents & incidents with proper reporting
- Administer E-Permits (permits-to-work) system
- Support audits including ISO14001/LRQA
- Support expenditure management including PO raising and invoice approvals
- Manage initial invoice queries and debt management escalating as needed
- Monitor helpdesk activities and response times
- Coordinate meter readings with utility consultants and framework partners
- Prepare quotes and work orders for Asset Experience Managers
- Support scope variations of service contracts
- Ensure supplier invoices are paid within 30 days
- Monitor cashflow and payment of invoices
- Support property team on work orders, contracts and site access
- Liaise with contractors on operational matters
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
- Track remedial works and compliance activities
- Support EPC management and sustainability reporting/data collection
- Maintain property records, data and information
- Coordinate Teams management and document sharing
- Maintain H&S compliance registers and documentation
- Support preparation of operational reports
- Provide information for client reports and audits
- Coordinate information for transitions and handovers
Key requirements
- Understanding of H&S legislation applicable to property management
- Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for commercial properties
- Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and risk assessment methodologies
- Experience with property management software platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of building services and maintenance operations
- Knowledge of ISO14001 and quality management systems
- Awareness of ESG and sustainability requirements in property management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
