Project CoordinatorROLE PURPOSEThe project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are documented, uploaded to the PMWeb platform ensuing all data entry is correct, in line with the client’s expectations and that of the Project Managers. They will also be responsible for the administration of the project managers ensuring the team as a whole is successful in its goals and objectives.The role ensures efficient and consistent updates on all project activities to meet the contractual obligations, helping to achieve the Client’s regional on time project delivery objectives, financial management and control, data consistency and risk management.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESRoles and Responsibilities:OwnershipAssist the Project Managers to develop the project plansIn advance of the project commencement load all projects onto the PMWebConstantly monitor the progress of all projects under their controlEnsure regular review of dataProvide analytics reviewCollate and review supply chain quotesUnderstand the local client’s key business driversSupport the FM and Clients team to upload small works where applicable to OVPClient/Stakeholder ManagementServes as primary point of contact for JLL for the JPMC
