b Overview /b p As EMEA Regional Engineering Director, you will oversee the delivery of engineering services across the region, ensuring hard services and technical excellence across sites. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and contracts, and drive performance, sustainability, and service quality for clients. Your role is to align engineering activities with client objectives and JLL’s standards, delivering reliable operations and continuous improvement. This is a strategic, client-facing leadership position with impact on regional efficiency and risk management. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead Hard Services management across the cluster (budgets, schedules, procurement, quality risk, statutory compliance and governance) /li li Develop and implement consistent maintenance management practices across sites /li li Lead service partners and teams to drive performance and best practice in service delivery /li li Provide technical support for client’s leased space as required /li li Lead sourcing in regional contracts for technical products or services; support business pursuits /li li Accountable for the Engineering Operations Audit program /li li Drive cost reduction and sustainability initiatives using data-driven approaches /li li Collaborate with the EMEA Sustainability Manager on energy management best practices /li li Accountable for UK engineering budgets and forecasting in line with financial timetable /li li Lead UK engineering to support client accreditations and certifications (e.g., ISO50001, ISO55001) /li li Maintain client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional partners /li li Manage internal and external SLAs and KPIs to meet/exceed commitments /li li Promote high levels of customer service and best practices /li li Ensure business continuity plans to minimise service disruption /li li Perform other duties as required by the EMEA Account Director /li li Adhere to health and safety standards and promote safety best practices /li li Conduct risk assessments and stay current with legislation and trends /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Direct experience delivering technical Facilities Management services in a fast-paced, high-profile environment /li li Ability to lead and influence (including virtual teams) /li li Track record managing Hard Services in self-delivered and outsourced contracts /li li Experience in financial management and budgeting with cost savings/avoidance /li li Ability to build and maintain positive client relations at all levels /li li Self-audit capability and strong communication skills /li li Proficiency with Word and Excel; interest in technology /li li Commitment to excellence, improvement mindset, and organized, deadline-driven work style /li li Adaptability to changing projects and requests /li li Technical or/and Authorized Person qualifications (preferred) /li /ul ul li leadership /li li high communication ability /li li stakeholder management /li li Facilities Management /li li Hard Services /li li budgeting and financial planning /li /ul
