Overview
You will lead HSSE for a global WORK DYNAMICS account, shaping safety strategy and risk controls. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, proactive safety governance and timely risk communication. The role is high-visibility, fast-paced and impact-focused, aiming to protect employees, contractors and clients. You will help embed a culture of safety and deliver world-class HSSE outcomes across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Implement and operationalize global WORK DYNAMICS HSSE objectives with practical relevance
- Provide guidance on risk management and incident investigations across the account
- Monitor legislation changes and communicate impacts on service delivery and occupancy
- Maintain HSSE risk assessments and ensure compliance with legal and client standards
- Develop and execute an HSSE communication plan and account strategy aligned with One Team SAFER initiatives
- Lead and develop regional HSSE teams, manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure service levels
- Ensure vendors’ compliance with HSSE standards and client reporting requirements
- Oversee HSSE controls, training programs, and regulatory compliance management
Key requirements
- ≥10 years HSSE management experience in operational settings with corporate clients
- Professional HSSE qualifications and memberships
- Experience in management system development, implementation, and auditing
- Strong knowledge of HSSE regulatory environment across major markets
- Experience deploying HSSE technology platforms and data tools across multiple countries
- Experience leading a large, diverse, multi-cultural team
- Practical risk management experience in real estate/multi-site portfolio
- Agile, goal-oriented leadership with strong communication and stakeholder management
