You work within a valuation team to apply standard methods, build strong client relationships, and produce precise reports. You’ll coach junior colleagues, supervise workflows, and manage multiple priorities under pressure. This opportunity suits a motivated professional who shapes valuations for clients while contributing to a broader real estate practice at a global firm. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li valute residential assets using comparison, residual, investment capitalisation and DCF approaches /li li build and sustain client instructions and relationships /li li explain and justify valuation approaches to directors and clients /li li coach and supervise junior colleagues /li li manage multiple, competing priorities under pressure /li li understand valuation instruction process, contract management and forecasting /li li prepare high-quality reports in MS Word and analyze data with MS Excel /li li work with Excel cashflows and Argus Developer /li li maintain strong client service and ethical professional standards /li li drive accurate, timely valuation deliverables /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li MRICS qualification (essential) /li li 3+ years’ PQE if applying for Associate level /li li RICS Registered Valuer /li li solid residential valuation experience /li li proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, financial modelling) /li li experience with Excel cash flows and Argus Developer /li li excellent written English, high-quality reports in MS Word /li li experience building client relationships and managing instructions /li li coaching and supervising juniors /li li ability to work under pressure and manage priorities /li li good understanding of valuation instruction process, contract management and forecasting /li li driving licence /li /ul ul li team player /li li client service orientation /li li attention to detail /li li MS Excel /li li data analysis /li li financial modelling /li /ul
