What your day-to-day will look like:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive hard services maintenance strategy for 22 Bishopsgate. Align maintenance and capital investment strategies with overall business objectives.
- Building Systems Management: Ensure the optimal performance of all building systems through effective strategies. Implement innovative engineering, data networks and system solutions.
- Project Management: Delivery of capital improvement / replacement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Experience:
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or Engineer (CIBSE / IET)
- Experience of Large scale Maintenance Delivery
- Leadership of significant maintenance and systems programmes.
