We are looking for a Building Services Supervisor to join our award winning team onsite at Victoria Embankment.Job PurposeAbility to lead a diverse team of multiskilled engineers to ensure high performance and delivery.To ensure completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Small Projects and Helpdesk Calls in accordance with both client and JLL requirementsTo manage and monitor the buildings operational functionsTo be responsible for the buildings operational assets and systems whilst on shiftSupport the team with permit to work for all specialist vendors and carryout appropriate isolations via LOTOTo ensure EHS, statutory and contractual compliance is delivered and maintained, inclusive of Fire, Life & Safety, L8 Water Management, F-Gas, Pressure Systems, Gas SafeTo ensure building operating conditions are maintained in line with design specifications together with confirmation of in country regulations, and contractual requirementsTo ensure all site documentation is collected, analysed, and recordedTo produce monthly operational reports, and additional reporting when requiredTo complete HV/LV training and support the facilitation of switching and isolation for Maintenance and Projects activitiesAims and ObjectivesTo act as a single point of contact for All Engineering matters across the locationAssist ESM in the safe and delivery of all JLL services and projects Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesEHS ComplianceQuality ComplianceContractual ComplianceStatutory ComplianceMonthly ReportingProject works BAU interfacePermit to work / RAMS approvalAccident investigation and reportingEscalation of incidentsAll aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and Help Desk Calls managed and completed whilst on shiftStaff supervision including sub-contractors and specialist providersBe proactive with regard to preventative maintenance and extra worksMaintain clear and legible records as requiredProvide written incident reports as requiredInteraction with JLL support staff, providing information as requiredSwitching of HV and LV supplies as requiredHealth & SafetyAll staff are required to fulfil their legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others, who may be affected by their acts and omissions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.
