Role PurposeWe have an exciting opportunity to establish and develop a Cost Management team within JLL's Manchester Project & Development Services team. We are currently a team of 8 in Manchester and this unique opportunity will be supported and guided by our established and friendly Cost Management team in London and across the wider JLL network.You will need to bring a number of years' post qualified experience and have worked with a range of clients across several sectors and have experience of a variety of projects in terms of size and scale. You may have experience managing key client projects and providing advice / guidance to multi-disciplinary teams as well as supporting the management and direction to the client.JLL has an enviable client list and established projects in Manchester and there is opportunity to bring your own stamp and personal brand to this role. You will have the support expected of one of the world's leading businesses, but will be operating within a cohesive and established team with all the support needed to establish and capitalise on the successes of the JLL Manchester team.
