b Overview /b p In this role you act as strategic leader and operational expert for complex commercial property portfolios within JLLs Royal London Property Delivery team. You own the primary client relationship while overseeing day-to-day property operations and team leadership. You collaborate with asset managers to set strategy, manage customer experience, finances, leases, and compliance. You drive improvements across services, ESG, and transitions, delivering value and ensuring reliable, high-quality property management. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Act as main client relationship owner for Royal London assets and lead relationships with professionalism /li li Collaborate with asset managers to set portfolio strategy and leverage SMEs as needed /li li Manage customer inquiries, service requests, and CX improvements to enhance occupancy experience /li li Oversee financial accountability, service charge budgets, and supplier payments /li li Coordinate lease queries, covenants, and legal-advisor interactions /li li Lead health safety compliance, risk actions, and ISO14001 alignment /li li Support ESG initiatives, sustainability reporting, and asset sustainability plans /li li Manage vendor and contract scope, PPM projects, and site-level service delivery /li li Oversee property transitions, disposals, and readiness for sale activities /li li Utilise technology tools (Yardi, Riskwise, Prism, Deepki, etc.) for reporting and efficiency /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Expert knowledge of commercial property management across diverse asset types /li li Strategic portfolio planning and risk management understanding /li li Strong grasp of RICS standards and regulatory compliance /li li Knowledge of health, safety, and ESG standards and reporting /li li Experience with property management technologies and reporting systems /li li Strong stakeholder management and client-relations skills /li li Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams /li li Attention to detail and accountability for performance /li /ul ul li Strategic vision /li li Decisive leadership /li li Client-focused relationship management /li li Yardi /li li Riskwise /li li Prism /li /ul
