You will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees during the transition from business hours to evening operations, ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining building security and preparing facilities for the next business day. In this role, you will take ownership of the front-of-house experience during evening hours, manage building closedown procedures, and support the facilities management team in providing a great workplace experience. Your ability to work independently, proactively resolve queries, and maintain the highest standards of presentation and service will be the cornerstone of your success.
