The Sustainability Data and Reporting Team Lead role will join JLL's high-performing Sustainability Data and Reporting EMEA team to support our data management, platform, compliance and reporting functions. The role will lead a team of sustainability analysts that provide detailed data analysis, reports and consulting advice to help our clients reduce and manage their environmental footprint. The position is required to work collaboratively across internal business lines including JLL's Client Account, Technology and Operations teams to help manage stakeholder expectations and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Work with Regional, Global leadership, and business partners to support team development and implementation of standardized process and technology across the team.
- Manage project delivery and strategy for the team.
- Lead the onboarding of new clients and projects.
- Scope sustainability data and reporting solutioning and delivery.
- Develop a detailed understanding of key aspects of sustainability-centric software, alignment and challenges of sustainability data configuration, tracking, and reporting.
- Ultimately responsible for the high-quality delivery of projects within team's purview.
- Coach and train team members for consulting and technical advisory services and reporting to clients to meet their sustainability and compliance reporting requirements such as GRESB, GRI, CDP, TCFD, SASB, and SBTi.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrable background in team management.
- Strong project management experience.
- Experience in sustainability and compliance reporting of energy, water, waste, and GHG emissions data will be highly regarded.
- Between 5-10 years of professional work experience.
- Technical background in data processing and data management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Lateral thinking/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities/deadlines for self and through/on behalf of others.
- Technical experience in environmental reporting software and manipulating large datasets will give you an edge.
