Strategic Direction & Client Relationship Management Provide clear direction and strategic financial advice to the leadership & extended leadership team. Act as primary liaison with the client\’s global financial lead. Develop and manage client/business unit relationships, ensuring consistent service delivery across regions within scope and budget. Encourage teamwork, functional integration, financial transparency, cooperation, and performance excellence. ~ Financial Planning and Analysis (Client and JLL) Ensure timely, accurate financial information is provided to management. Understand the client\’s accounting structure and systems, translating knowledge for smooth financial data flow. Develop and deliver timely financial reports across all regions. Manage regional invoice processing and payments, including rental payments and incidental revenues, ensuring legal compliance. Controls, Compliance & Audit Develop policies and procedures for financial services. Ensure data integrity across systems and audit readiness. ~ Team Management Train finance staff in relevant systems and data extraction. Recognized accounting designation and/or MBA preferred; 7-10 years of senior financial leadership or a bachelor\’s in accounting/finance plus 15+ years of experience. Strong understanding of estate management/lease administration processes. Excellent analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
