Responsibilities
- Strategic Direction & Client Relationship Management
- Provide clear direction and strategic financial advice to the leadership & extended leadership team.
- Act as primary liaison with the client\’s global financial lead.
- Develop and manage client/business unit relationships, ensuring consistent service delivery across regions within scope and budget.
- Encourage teamwork, functional integration, financial transparency, cooperation, and performance excellence.
- Oversee regional team activities related to annual budget setting and quarterly forecasting.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial information is provided to management.
- Understand the client\’s accounting structure and systems, translating knowledge for smooth financial data flow.
- Develop and deliver timely financial reports across all regions.
- Coordinate cost-saving initiatives and track their progress.
- Consolidate JLL\’s global profitability plans and forecasts.
- Manage regional invoice processing and payments, including rental payments and incidental revenues, ensuring legal compliance.
- Coordinate invoice processing and monitor working capital.
- Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities.
- Maintain controls and systems to ensure transaction integrity.
- Develop policies and procedures for financial services.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and audit readiness.
- Train finance staff in relevant systems and data extraction.
- Structure the team to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Manage and coach the team, fostering high morale and clear goals.
- Promote teamwork and best practice sharing.
- Maintain a unified support function approach.
Requirements
- Recognized accounting designation and/or MBA preferred; 7-10 years of senior financial leadership or a bachelor\’s in accounting/finance plus 15+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of estate management/lease administration processes.
- Experience in business partnering and client service.
- Excellent analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Global or international experience essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Horizon and JD Edwards is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and values; desire to work in a diverse, collaborative environment.
