Overview: We're seeking a strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to develop and execute targeted marketing programs for our key enterprise accounts. This role will focus on creating personalised marketing experiences that drive engagement, accelerate sales cycles, and expand relationships within our most valuable prospects and clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- As a recognised expert in delivering best practice ABM marketing campaigns, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ABM marketing for JLL UK Marketing team.
- This role will have no direct reports but will be seen as the ABM leader with accountability for the overall performance and engagement of the program.
- As the main liaison for a variety of business stakeholders, the position requires a thorough understanding of JLL’s client landscape, commercial property and the ability to strategise and lead an ABM program leveraging a matrixed team.
- It will also play a critical role in supporting the Growth Marketing Director in the wider Growth program, executing flagship events and leveraging global JLL campaigns.
ABM program leadership
- Creating and delivering the yearly ABM Marketing strategy in collaboration with business leaders, the Growth Marketing Director, and global ABM lead.
- Drive a ‘digital first’ ABM strategy to improve overall platform maturity – focussed on Personalisation, SEO, performance, content trends, automation, segmentation etc., as well as ensuring business lines are well integrated into the program.
- Work with business line teams to create engaging and relevant content accordingly, that leverages strong messaging and storytelling.
- Responsible for the overall management of the ABM marketing budget.
- Responsible for regular reporting to the business on program milestones, and capturing/reporting on influenced revenue generated by the program.
Growth marketing program collaboration
- Work with the Growth Marketing Director to deliver on additional OneJLL/Growth marketing programs including flagship initiatives, to drive revenue growth across the business.
Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns receive engagement and are aligned with business priorities.
- Work closely with marketing team members and marketers across JLL globally to drive synergy in campaigns and exchange of best practices.
- Respond to changing business priorities, balance effort and marketing mix across all channels.
- Ensure that all marketing adheres to the JLL brand guidelines, including tone of voice, and train others in this.
Performance objectives
- Lead the ABM program effectively to achieve all key performance indicators.
- Build effective relationships with the UK business, global Marketing team and Research colleagues.
- Successfully deliver additional Growth initiatives as required by the Growth Marketing Director.
Key skills and experience:
- Stakeholder management skills - highly assertive, yet flexible with an independent working style.
- Experience creating and delivering marketing and communications strategies and budgets.
- Client focused with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across different cultures.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation and communications skills, but also analytical and creative.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, PowerBi, 6Sense, Bombora).
Employee specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing with demonstrable ABM experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing attribution and ROI measurement.
- Excellent project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with account intelligence and sales enablement tool.
