The Student Housing team in JLL’s UK Living Advisory business requires a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our specialist team. The team needs someone who can assist with portfolio valuations of student housing across the UK whilst developing their skills to take greater responsibility for individual asset valuations and portfolio instructions. Student Housing experience is not a prerequisite for the role.
Working in support of our Directors and associates, this role would suit someone who is keen to take responsibility for valuation instructions from start to finish, comfortable handling and analysing large amounts of data, and with an eye for detail. Fluent report writing and strong communication skills with clients, both investors and lenders, are essential. The role is based in our Bristol Office, though travel throughout the UK inspecting sites and assets is also an exciting part of our team’s remit.
