What this job involves:
- Strategic Ownership: Colleague Experience forms a part of the larger Workplace Experience team that functions in a Center of Excellence model. This job involves creating colleague experience strategies at a regional level that align with the global organizational outlook while ensuring local priorities are catered to.
- Program Leadership: Shape and guide Colleague Experience Program strategy across EMEA in partnership with operational teams, ensuring alignment with global vision while adapting to local market needs.
- Framework Development: Create powerful analytical frameworks and design elevated colleague experiences that enhance end-user satisfaction across diverse client property portfolios.
- Strategic Implementation: Lead colleague experience evolution through expertise in journey mapping, satisfaction surveys and other feedback channels, and experiential assessments through human-centered design philosophy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with business partners and client groups, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared objectives through collaborative engagement and influence.
- Program Design: Develop and refine frameworks for Colleague Experience that balance global priorities with local relevance, ensuring adaptability across EMEA markets.
- Thought Leadership: Guide the direction of Colleague Experience initiatives, leveraging insights and trends to inform recommendations for leadership and business units.
- Governance & Performance: Establish clear reporting mechanisms, share innovations and best practices, and celebrate achievements across the region.
- Colleague Engagement: Foster inclusive communities by designing engagement models for business resource groups and supporting cross-cultural collaboration.
- Client Relationship Management: Work with local clients to align on objectives, facilitate regular feedback forums, and maintain awareness of organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Governance Frameworks: Partner with the Regional Account Director to maintain robust governance, including annual and quarterly meetings tailored to regional business customs.
- Analytical Insight: Use data analytics to inform recommendations for service enhancement, always adhering to GDPR and local data protection regulations.
- Travel: Travel to client sites across EMEA (up to 10%) to ensure alignment and maintain key relationships.

- Multilingual communication skills (English required; additional European, Middle Eastern, or African languages advantageous).
