We are looking for a Receptionist for our Integrated Facilities Management business line.

Role Purpose: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will work as part of the site based Facilities Management team acting as the first point of contact for all staff, and visitors attending site welcoming them to the site and assisting in checking them in/directing them to events/meetings etc. This role would be ideal for an individual with front of house management experience looking for the next step in their career in a fast paced, customer facing environment.

What this job involves:

  • Meet & greet all those entering the building in a warm, professional and polite manner
  • Assist with the management of loaner badges for staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
  • Coordinate internal meetings and support the JLL Events Team
  • General office duties and other tasks as assigned by Management
  • Support building tours for VIP guests to site
