Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial cost control across maintenance contracts in the M&E, fabric and civil engineering sectors. You will be responsible for schedule of rates administration, NEC contract management and value-driven cost analysis.
Based onsite at Abingdon with London/Oxfordshire footprint, you will support project managers, benchmark rates, validate invoices and ensure compliant pricing.
