Independently manage and execute project management for MAC and Small Works across the client’s UK&I portfolio, as appointed by the client’s Corporate Real Estate team. Key responsibilities entail managing financial controls and delivery of the capital plan, obtaining sign-off from the strategic planning team, and coordinating project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate and control the delivery of projects from inception to completion, including moves, adds, and changes (for projects from $5k to $100k).
- Manage small, ground-up projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management.
- Manage the programming and scheduling of work activities throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, including health and safety management, design management and contract administration.
- Facilitate project management tasks including weekly/bi-weekly progress meetings, progress reports and the periodic provision of key statistics and financials.
- Participate in client meetings or business development presentations as part of a team to help demonstrate our capabilities.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and support information/data.
- Maintain a working knowledge of business unit’s available product and service offerings.
- Manage client queries throughout projects.
- Ensure JLL best practice policies and playbooks are being followed.
- Oversee capital improvement/asset preservation programs with design and construction processes at multiple sites through local resources, with minimal oversight.
- Manage own project budgets for subject properties and maintain forecasts and cash flow analysis.
- Assist in or may be responsible for project scheduling and project decisions based upon owners’ objectives.
- Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk to client prior to sign off and manage client’s expectations.
