* You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions. The work will vary depending on the team you are in but below are some of what you’ll experience* You’ll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and property legislation that may impact our work* You’ll learn how to use various property systems/databases so we can collect information that will help us determining the best solution for clients* You’ll build relationships across our business and clients to ensure we deliver a great service* You’ll work with your team to draft and deliver work that may involve a variety of work, such as progress report writing, minute taking, risk register and project programmes updates/creation.* You’ll visit construction sites and properties to carry out site visits.* You’ll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth.* GCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)* Degree – predicted or achieved ideally within Construction Management or Construction Project Management or similar* You’ll have a curious mindset so you can learn and grow with us* You’ll be passionate and eager to contribute your thoughts, create fresh ideas, and challenge yourself to do more than you think you could* You’ll have an interest in the property industry and how we can shape its future* You’ll be able to connect with others easily and build strong relationships* The content genuinely reflects your personal experiences and qualifications* You can speak confidently and in detail about everything included in your submission* Your unique perspective and professional voice come through clearlyWe’re JLL—a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
