Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to briefing and initial tender processes in collaboration with the BD, Design, and Build teams.
  • Manage projects from pre-appointment through post-appointment, ensuring deliverables, programs, and deadlines are met.
  • Lead and oversee meetings with clients during tender processes and manage supply chain tender activities.
  • Analyze relevant documentation, develop Scope of Works, and advise on specifications and budgets.
  • Produce and manage cost plans, identify suitable subcontractors, and prepare enquiry packages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external specialists to ensure technical compliance.
  • Handle statutory and legal responsibilities, including building control and planning applications.
  • Prepare bid documentation, including technical proposals, methodologies, and schedules.
  • Present costs and proposals to clients and manage negotiations and post-submission queries.
  • Manage contractual and legal documentation, including licenses and formal contract agreements.
  • Conduct internal meetings to finalize contracts and ensure project documentation is properly filed and maintained.
  • Assist in supply chain management activities and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
