- Post Room Operative
- Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 18:00pm
- Role & Responsibilities
- Categorising and re-sourcing the correct Mail Handling telephone queries from clients
- Dealing With multiply couriers throughout the day.
- Updating client systems (DHL, Pitney Bowes)
- Preparing Mail/packages ready for pick up.
- Delivering Mail to the clients twice a day.
- Assist other team members when and if required.
- Porterage duties when needed.
- Ensure Post/Packages are being allocated within time scale provided by Client to meet SLA's.
- Additional duties as and when requested via the Contract Admin Manager.
