Join our HR Operations team as a Performance Services Coach, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across the performance management lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Employees, Managers, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to ensure consistent, compliant, and compassionate handling of critical employee matters.

- Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to employees and managers

- Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organisation

- London based, office 3 times per week
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., CIPD Accreditation, BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)
