Location: Greater London
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm + Out of Hours Rota
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Technical Operations
- Operate all MEP systems on site in a competent and confident manner (including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations)
- Make recommendations for improvement and provide concise technical reports when required
- Efficiently and effectively complete eLogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks that have been allocated
- Ensure that tasks have been acknowledged and completed within SLA requirements
- Service & Quality Assurance
- Ensure that Specialist Vendor service visits are completed efficiently
- Inspect quality of work and communicate recommendations to the JLL Supervisor
- Take ownership of site (including all plant rooms) under JLL control
- Ensure sites are brought up to and maintained to the required show site standards
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Actively participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities
- Complete Hazard/Near Miss Reporting as required
- Regular attendance and completion of scheduled Toolbox Talks
- Supply Chain Management
- Liaise with the supply chain when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Technical Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Building Services Environments
- Electrical Engineering apprenticeship/ NVQ/ C&G or similar qualification
- C&G Parts 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds
- 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition)
- Personal Skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff
- Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints
