About this role:
This role is responsible for driving market adoption of JLL's design services through developing strategic frameworks and directing initiatives that marketing teams implement worldwide to enhance market penetration. They will leverage a deep understanding of clients' needs, buying processes, and product differentiators to create tools, tactics, and go-to-market strategies – in partnership with global, regional, and local stakeholders. They will be the key marketing point of contact to the business and have significant influence on business results and future growth. The role will focus on developing our B2B marketing strategy for JLL's design business on a global scale. They will work closely with business leaders, research partners, digital, content, communications, campaign, and field marketing teams to build and drive successful integrated marketing programs across all regions.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Manage global marketing for JLL Design services
- Partner with marketing leadership, business, and sales teams to develop the global go-to-market strategy that encompasses the voice of the customer, market, competitive landscape, business goals and opportunities for growth across the sector
- Define global business positioning, messaging and producing sales enablement to promote JLL’s design capabilities, products and solutions for target buyers
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions
- Representing JLL Design in cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Partner with research to monitor market and industry trends and help guide the strategy for positioning stakeholders and content/program themes in the market
- Partner with digital partners to leverage data analytics to assess digital performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions to lower customer acquisition costs
- Partner with the communications team to ensure that JLL Design success stories are communicated appropriately both internally and externally
- Partner with regional and field teams to effectively cascade global strategies, encouraging consistency in marketing approach across all markets
- Measuring and reporting on the impact of global design marketing efforts

- Proven experience in B2B marketing strategy development and execution
- Strong understanding of design services industry and market trends
