What this job involves:
This position serves as a Workplace Experience Ambassador owning the internal and external visitor experience for our Amazon account dedicated team. You will provide the highest possible standards of engagement with internal and external customers through front-of-house and meeting & event services while maintaining standards of presentation, administration, and delivery across various settings. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring all customer interactions create positive, memorable experiences that enhance client satisfaction and support Amazon's corporate operations through exceptional service delivery and attention to detail.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Take ownership of visitor experience ensuring all interactions leave customers with positive, memorable experiences through core front-of-house services
- Deliver sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, and delivery services while receiving and directing telephone, email, and other queries
- Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and general public with continual awareness of onsite events for personalized service
- Maintain highest standards of presentation and functionality across front-of-house and meeting areas with great attention to detail
- Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces while monitoring room environments including furniture, signage, equipment, and consumables
- Create and maintain up-to-date Outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint booking systems for meeting and event spaces
- Provide timely, accurate, and personalized responses to meeting and event enquiries while coordinating daily room booking display updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in reception, concierge, or related field with excellent people skills and ability to interact with wide range of client staff
- Previous experience working within high-profile corporate environment with outstanding customer service skills
- Fluency in English and local language with strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
- Very high attention to detail with ability to maintain professionalism at all times and serve as team ambassador
- Excellent team player with commitment to go above and beyond for colleagues and customers
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers at all levels, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous catering or hospitality experience
- Facilities Management exposure and understanding of corporate operations
- Knowledge of local area services including shops, restaurants, hotels, and transport options
- Experience with meeting room management systems and space coordination
- Background in event coordination and setup processes
- Understanding of security awareness and emergency evacuation procedures.
