JLL are recruiting for an experienced and adaptable Data Manager to support a large-scale office relocation programme. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of relocation phases through effective data management, ensuring data integrity and producing insightful reporting to allow data driven decisions throughout the programme lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have experience and be confident working in a fast-paced, evolving project environment, managing multiple stakeholders, evolving requirements and large interconnected datasets with numerous dependencies.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain large, interconnected datasets related to employee moves and relocation activities.
- Ensure data integrity and appropriate data handling of confidential and sensitive employee data in line with data privacy principles.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems and sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness.
- Analyse data risks, dependencies and exceptions to support move operations and strategic decision-making.
- Work collaboratively across the programme to support wider workstreams.
- Support transition of reporting processes and programme intelligence in BAU operations.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, trackers and tools to support programme reporting for programme leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor programme performance against move milestones, progress targets, sustainability measures and employee feedback metrics.
- Translate complex data into meaningful status, move readiness and ad hoc reporting for operational and leadership stakeholders.
- Proven experience of managing complex datasets within large programmes, relocations, workplace change, FM or operational environments.
- Advanced MS Excel skills are essential, including complex multi-condition formulas and data reconciliation.
- Strong analytical capability with experience of handling datasets containing numerous variables and dependencies.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar – with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail with strong data validation and quality assurance capability.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, able to manage changing priorities within a programme environment.
- Experience supporting office relocations, workplace transformation or occupancy planning programmes.
- Understanding of workplace utilisation, headcount and space management data.
