The Workplace Experience Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for employee care and comfort at Moody's offices. This customer-focused role combines facilities coordination, mailroom cover, and proactive employee engagement to ensure a visually appealing, environmentally comfortable, and operationally efficient workplace.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Facilities Management & Coordination: Conduct daily floor inspections of office spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, collaboration areas, and landlord spaces to ensure cleanliness and functionality. Complete weekly site inspection checklists covering all facility aspects including cleanliness, fabric condition, M&E systems, and furniture condition. Raise and monitor work orders through Corrigo system for identified issues and track completion. Liaise with engineering and operations teams to address urgent facility concerns. Generate daily hoteling desk reports for night shift cleaning teams.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Provide face-to-face customer service to employees, addressing queries and concerns with a personalized approach. Conduct meet-and-greet sessions on office floors to introduce new projects and activities. Serve as communication point for office issues affecting employees.
  • Mailroom Operations Covering Annual Leave/Sickness: Operate post room services during designated hours – 1 hour AM and PM only. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcel services. Sort and distribute Royal Mail deliveries received via 14th floor. Coordinate DHL courier collections and maintain accurate incoming logbooks. Monitor mailroom inbox and respond to client queries promptly.
  • Administrative & Reporting: Attend weekly operations meetings with wider team in UK and Paris. Participate in Thursday operations meetings to update management on operational issues and business concerns. Monitor and action emails from facilities and post room inboxes throughout the day. Maintain accurate records using SharePoint. Contribute information to QBR slide decks when required.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 – 17:30

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with facilities management systems beneficial (Corrigo, JDE, SPACEIQ).
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues proactively.
  • Professional demeanor, suitable for corporate environment.
  • Collaborative approach to working with engineering, operations, and client teams.
  • Effective time management across multiple concurrent responsibilities.
