Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLL!**What this job involves:*** Identify, implement and execute added value across their portfolio* Create, implement and deliver annual asset strategy plans* Foster/ develop key relationships with tenants, trade occupiers and key advisors* Oversee the Property Management and Facilities Management functions provided on the portfolio* Manage internal JLL and external third parties on rent reviews, lease renewals and void lettings to maximise income* Help in sourcing of appropriate investment and development opportunities* Research, model and carry out due diligence in the purchase and disposal of assets* Liaise with the Fund’s valuers* Assist in the valuation process* Assist in the Fund reporting**Sound like you?
