This role will bring together multi-channel campaigns, ensuring JLL actively engages and connects with our clients through digital channels and in-person events to establish JLL thought leadership and generate commercial growth. Key to this will be the ability to project manage end-to-end marketing activation on high-visibility projects to the highest standards. This includes developing detailed project plans and milestones, bringing together key marketing and business stakeholders from across JLL, taking ownership and ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Reporting into the Brand and Demand Lead, the Senior Marketing Manager will manage high-profile brand marketing campaigns across digital and OOH channels, deliver successful events and sponsorships from end-to-end, driving revenue and brand equity, manage our UK client insights programme and shape marketing activity to enrich JLL’s positioning around key market themes, such as sustainability.
The Senior Marketing Manager will have an excellent and up-to-date breadth of knowledge on marketing channels and will thrive on constantly pushing the boundaries to ensure JLL’s campaign execution is seen as best in class. They’ll understand and be comfortable with content production, have a keen eye for detail, be able to leverage the latest digital channels with the integration of AI and devise successful client journeys across channels. Bringing these skills together the person will ensure we continuously engage our clients and prospects in new and compelling ways.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing campaigns: Devise and manage from end-to-end effective brand marketing campaigns, including a high-profile brand programme around JLL’s UK headquarters office move to One Broadgate, to support JLL’s business goals, managing agency involvement and partnering with global marketing stakeholders. Develop client collateral and manage campaigns across OOH, paid digital and organic channels. Employ effective storytelling to protect and elevate JLL’s brand with target audiences.
- Event planning and execution: Plan and implement high-profile events and sponsorships, such as managing JLL’s participation at UKREiiF, webinars and more exclusive gatherings for clients and prospects. Ensure strong return on investment, clear communication with delegates and project teams and flawless execution, meeting objectives, budgets and timelines. Develop detailed event plans and source suppliers. Manage end-to-end delivery, from concept to post-event evaluation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand and align marketing activity with business needs and goals.
- Client insights: Own the operational delivery of JLL’s annual Client Voice programme for the UK and analyse client feedback to provide delivery of relevant and meaningful insights to diverse business teams and marketing partners.
- Team collaboration: Work effectively across the Marketing organisation, sharing insights and inspiring collaboration across projects.
- Performance measurement and optimisation: Measure the effectiveness and return on investment of each initiative. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance quality and impact and leverage AI to improve efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually elevate JLL's propositions.
- Email marketing: Support and coordinate email marketing efforts, diligently segmenting target audiences, so that the right messages meet the right audiences.
To be successful in this role, you will be an energetic, creative and experienced marketer with the following skills:
- Highly organised, interpersonal, strong project management skill set, with 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in real estate.
- Self-motivated and proactive with considerable experience in project managing high-profile marketing programmes, effectively managing budgets, timelines and stakeholder communication.
- Must have experience working in matrixed organisations, managing external partners and agencies and briefing designers.
- A polished, professional approach with excellence in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships with all levels of seniority, always ensuring open lines of communication. Able to report directly to senior leaders in a concise and professional manner.
- Detail-orientated with an ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Be comfortable handling pressure, high demands, and competing projects within tight timeframes.
- A natural collaborator and team-player, willing to support across the team and inspire collaboration through a professional approach.
