The role supports the Defects & Ongoing Works Manager, managing permits, isolations, and contractor access across a 9-building site transitioning from construction to operation.
You will escort contractors, issue and close permits, control access to sensitive areas, and maintain live defect and isolation registers while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on a day-to-day basis.
