Job Summary: As a key member of the global Talent & Development team, the Senior Facilitator, L&D Design & Delivery, will facilitate, deliver, and create incredible employee development experiences for JLL. Working directly with our L&D Product Leads and L&D Partners, your role will deliver talent and development programming that drives the JLL growth agenda. This role is pivotal in scaling our business programming and is a primary role in optimising operations as well as evolving our talent products while shaping a brighter way.
Primary Stakeholders: Head of L&D Design & Delivery, Product Owners, L&D Partners.

Job Details:
- Deliver and develop programs across all talent development products, Leadership, Sustainability, Professional Skills, Onboarding, Performance Cycle, etc. including all levels (management, HR, employees)
- Facilitate expert training (both virtual via webinar training and in-person) with an application of adult learning theories, JLL’s brand/learning standards and contemporary approaches to driving true behavioral changes (for in-person, regional travel may be required 5-15%, depending on business needs and budget availability)
- Create, design, and update training content, incorporating best practices in adult learning theory
- Apply knowledge of talent & development subject areas (i.e., performance management, careers, leadership, sustainability, etc.) to facilitate meaningful discussions
- Maintain outstanding delivery standards in accordance with NPS (Net Promoter Score) metrics, qualitative feedback and team-based evaluations.
- Broaden or deepen business knowledge, technical or professional expertise as appropriate
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in leadership and professional development, innovative approaches, tools and techniques in training and development
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback and share necessary improvements with project teams to enhance learning outcomes
- Support team members, colleagues and peers with ad hoc facilitation efforts when needed
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align L&D initiatives with strategic business objectives
- Advanced experience in designing and facilitating soft skills training programs, with a focus on leadership, and professional development (may include instructor-led, virtual instructional-led, e-learning, and blended learning solutions)
- Expert knowledge in designing engaging and impactful training, using different technological platforms including PowerPoint, Articulate, etc
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Excellent cross-cultural competence and ability to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to ensure an inclusive environment
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent organisational skills with a starter-finisher mentality with acute attention to detail
- Strong listening and communicating in an effective manner; providing regular updates on progress against strategic agenda, including key accomplishments, challenges and support needed; managing expectations proactively to ensure customer delight
- Strong project management skills that can deliver solutions against agreed-upon project timelines that achieve desired outcomes and provide great learner experience
Key Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in virtual training platforms, remote collaboration tools, learning management systems, and content authoring tools. Expert-level MS Office and SharePoint skills.
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field. Advanced L&D certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent strongly preferred.
