Job Role: An entry-level furniture consultancy position reporting to the Furniture Solutions UK Director. Primary responsibilities include developing client advisory skills in furniture design solutions, building sales activities and professional networks, and creating presentations with financial analysis. The role involves global project coordination across JLL/Tetris departments, client relationship management, and on-site installation monitoring. This position offers comprehensive training in furniture consultancy while supporting business development and project delivery activities.
Description:
- Reporting directly to the Furniture Solutions UK Director, you will:
- Look to gain knowledge to understand the needs of our clients and be able to advise customers, investors and purchasing advisors in furniture design solutions.
- Develop sales activities and professional network.
- Create sales offers and look book presentations with financial follow-ups.
- Global coordination of a project with strong interaction with the assistants and Business Manager, along with the logistics department, and the other departments of the JLL / Tetris group.
- Client follow-up and create customer loyalty.
- Monitoring of furniture installations, shadowing and taking deliveries onsite when needed.
- Gain knowledge on coordinating with other contractors such as Electrical/AV/IT/Planting.
- Learn and understand embodied carbon tracking.
Required skills:
- Furniture industry knowledge 1-2 years
- Understanding of professional furniture distribution
- A strong culture of design and 360° space layouts
- A keen sense of business and customer satisfaction.
