What this job involves:

This role is accountable for the monitoring, alignment and adjustments of JLL global performance to the terms, conditions and deliverables agreed in the MSA contract with the client. A key part of the role will be to develop and maintain relationships with the client and relevant stakeholders, receive feedback on MSA issues or risks, governance structures and performance. It involves working closely with various internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Solutions, Platform, and Operations teams, to meet JLL’s business objectives and legal requirements.

The Governance, Performance and Risk Lead must possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, commercial acumen and a deep understanding of contractual obligations, risks and legal implications whilst approaching with pragmatism to address any issues. The role has Executive oversight of governance, performance, risk and compliance functions and be the point of escalation across the organisation.
