Role Overview:
We are seeking a semi-skilled Fan Coil Maintenance Engineer to support the efficient delivery of fan coil maintenance services in office environments, predominantly during night shifts and outside normal working hours. Formal HVAC certifications are not required; instead, we value individuals with the right attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and proven conscientiousness in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and basic repairs on fan coil units within office buildings, following clear procedures and safety guidelines.
- Conduct visual inspections, replace filters, clean coils, and check controls for correct operation.
- Support more complex maintenance activities under supervision, learning new skills on the job.
- Work a combination of night and shift patterns to minimize disruption to office operations and ensure maintenance is completed efficiently.
