- Budget & Financial Management: Produce the monthly analysis of service partner cost reports against the budget, providing variance commentary. Ensure the end‑to‑end purchase order process for the engineering team is well reported on, from creation and approval to final reconciliation against invoices.

Ensure a full set of risk assessments is fully maintained for the engineering function. Ensure all contractor certification is received, validated, and filed correctly post‑inspection.
