Essential Duties and Responsibilities- To ensure contractual compliance with all engineering delivery.
- To be responsible for technical delivery and governance of the contract requirements and organisation of the site teams in order to meet the contractual agreement.
- Monitor and ensure all training requirements of the engineering personnel are kept up to date and compliant.
- Assist the regional leads in the preparation of emergency and contingency plans.
- Oversight of all contract activities, both maintenance and projects and ensure all safety aspects are managed and monitored in accordance with site procedures and requirements.
- Assist site teams with the preparation of budget documentation as required for client approvals.
- Undertake tasks associated with staff during peak workloads and provide holiday and sickness cover for the engineering senior team.
- Staff supervision including all full-time, part-time, matrix reports, sub-contractors and specialist providers.
- Be proactive and provide technical guidance in relation to preventative maintenance and extra works delivery.
- Comply with all procedures and maintain clear & legible records as required.
- Be available to manage emergency out of hour escalations and provide written incident reports as required.
- Manage and co-ordinate office support staff providing information as required for compliance reporting and operations.
- Review and sign off detailed planning of the IST Testing activities in conjunction with the local team.
- Co-ordination of test windows with the internal clients to include documentation control and management (PTP Tracker Monthly).
- Follow up in respect of the defects found, remediation and revalidation.
- Collation of evidence that these defects are corrected.
- In support of the critical environments manager and engineering teams to ensure the following critical activities are up to date and achieved as required.
- Playbook Procedures implemented and validated as required.
- Advise any operational risks are up to date and notified to the regional team.
- Battery and Capacitor tracker updates to ensure these are replaced before they cause critical failures.
- Annual Plant Condition Assessment.
- Critical Spares Inventory.
- PPM Plan against statutory maintenance sheets. CMMS review of maintenance plan and delivery.
- Oversight of Change Requests β Required for all works on services which may impact critical works.
- Fire Systems testing and recording.
- Close all actions assigned from audits and assurance visits, gap plan produced and tracked.
- Monthly Critical Environment reporting for the EMEA sites to JPMC GRE and DCO.
- Personnel management of direct reports and oversight of indirect report management as required.
- Participate in succession planning, development requirements and training as assigned by Engineering Management.
- All staff are required to fulfil their legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.
- EHS Compliance with all systems β CMO, epermits and any other H&S reporting as outlined by Engineering Management.
- This role will require travel to any location JPMC operate in EMEA. This may also require short notice emergency travel.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in lead or management role.
- Essential β Trade Qualified in Engineering discipline.
- Desirable β Authorised Person (High Voltage / Mechanical Systems / Confined Space), Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or recognised equivalent.
